I previously used another internet company for my orders. I was very unhappy with their service because they would take up to 10 days to process your order and wouldn't even tell you when they had processed it. They would bill you and three weeks later still had no product. Tried to call their customer support for 6 days only to get an answering machine and no call back.

Your company on the other hand is quite different. I have ordered three times from you and had very good service with the sales staff. The orders were processed promptly and delivered exactly as scheduled. I received tracking numbers the same day or the next day. I am very pleased with your company and will do all of my business with you folks from now on. It is a pleasure doing business with you and thanks for a job well done.

I also like the fact that you are not in California..no 8.25% sales tax. Lastly, I have always had problems with UPS delivering when no one is home at my residence.
